Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
If you have ordered one of our hardware products and you’d like to cancel the order prior to dispatch, you have the flexibility to do so within 24hrs of placing the order. Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. If you do cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing it, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days through the same mode of payment that you used for payment.

If you would like to cancel any paid subscription service that you have with us, you can do so at any point by logging into your account on our app itself. Cancelling a subscription will be applicable only in the following month, i.e. if you cancel your subscription anytime in August, we will stop charging you from September onward.
Refund Policy
Any hardware product supplied by Gram Power comes with our standard manufacturer’s warranty which is indicated to you at the time of purchase. If there is any failure in product performance due to manufacturing defects, Gram Power will either replace the product or provide you a 100% refund, at the discretion of the company. To process this, you must return the product to the following address:

Please send us a copy of your invoice along with the product to be returned. Post confirmation that the product has malfunctioned due to a manufacturing defect, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
At its sole discretion, the Company might offer money back guarantees to market our product. Any refund or returns under these schemes will be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective schemes.
Any payment refunds will be issued back to the original accounts from which payments were made. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
For prepaid recharges, if there is any failure in processing the payment by the payment gateway and the amount gets deducted from your mode of payment, then you can contact us on customersupport@grampower.com or through the support section on our mobile application and we will process a refund. If you are checking out of a property and there is a balance in your wallet, you must inform us at the time of checkout and a refund of your balance amount minus any pending dues will be processed into your last mode of payment.
The company has the right to make any changes or amendments to the above policy at any point in time and the same shall be conveyed to customers prior to purchase of any new product.
